  Course Introduction

In this course, you will learn:

  1. How to lean out by matching your diet with your CrossFit or other high intensity training so you can start focusing on what matters- performance!
  2. A repeatable system to make an effective action plan to achieve your fitness goals.
  3. How to develop your "eye" for food so that you intuitively know what to eat and when.
  4. Some basic nutrition science so that you can wade through the sea of information and determine what applies to your unique needs.

This course is designed to be taken at a pace of one lesson per week.

Each lesson contains both lectures and practical activities.

You can definitely digest the information in the lectures at a pace faster than one lesson per week, however the practical activities will take at least a week of hands-on experience to be effectively integrated into your life.
